County Cork, Ireland

from $1,975.00

6 - 13 July, 2025

Away from the hustle and bustle of Dublin, County Cork, in the south of Ireland, holds incredible beauty. We'll be visiting some iconic places while we explore- Ballymaloe, world renowned for its own restaurant and guesthouse as well as its cooking school and gardens, Gubbeen farm, where the cheese bacteria is named after the farm, Jameson's southern outpost at the Midleton Distillery, and of course the Blarney Castle, where you'll be encouraged to kiss the Blarney Stone!

We’re also thrilled to be joined for the first time by Alanna O'Neil, who will be teaching photography through the week. Alanna specialises in storytelling through photography, and will be sharing her knowledge with us over the week as we explore County Cork through its people. Her tutelage is appropriate for any level of photographic experience- from the professional to the absolute beginner, from fancy DSLR to iPhone camera. A truly special way to archive our adventures!

Aidan Lehrer, resident fly fishing guide, will be leading optional fishing excursions, fishing primarily for trout. No previous experience necessary, Aidan can tailor the excursion to any level. Bring your own equipment or use some of his.

We’ll be staying in a beautiful country house, rooms are available to book as single or double occupancy.
